De-Stoners

The De-Stoners are machines that remove stones and clods from soil ridges and move them to the furrow so that the ridges are free from stones. This also helps when harvesting in wet conditions as the harvester can drive on a row of stones which helps improve traction. It removes stones and other foreign particles from input grains by separating impurities based on density difference by adjusting the aspiration system. They are used for separating heavier impurities such as stones, glass, metal etc., from food grains and seeds such as wheat, corn, peas, paddy, sesame, coffee, peanuts etc. The offered De-Stoners are also used in the seed sector, in particular on products harvested close to the ground.
